We are sorry for the inconvenience you may have using True Balance and we understand you may don't wish to continue your journey and delete your True Balance account.
To do that, you need to :
- Tap on 'My Balance' on Wallet Page
- Tap on 'Delete My Account'
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Tap on 'Delete it'
Your request for account deletion has been sent.
However, to complete the deletion process you need to verify your account information by submitting the below documents within 7 days - Name and Date of Birth
- Account Number linked to TB
- Your Bank Passbook
- A letter issued by Bank
- Bank statement signed and stamped by your Bank
Disclaimer: Please be noted that through this process, only your wallet account will be deleted. You can re-register and use the app for other features.
