Handset is a non-returnable product, so it cannot be returned. However, you can request for a replacement only if the below conditions are applicable:
- If the product arrived in a physically defective condition
- If the product is different from its description mentioned on the product detail page
- If the order has missing parts or accessories
To request for the replacement, please send us an email to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:-
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason of return
- Pictures of the product delivered showing IMEI number and color mentioned on the invoice.
Further, please note that the following products shall not be eligible for replacement:-
- Product damaged due to misuse of the product; or
- Product without tag/label; or
- Product with missing tampered or serial/UPC number
