There might be several reasons for this error:
1. If you deregistered before and re-registered with True Balance to apply for a loan, you may encounter the "No Internet Connection" page because you couldn't complete the TC customer registration.
2. If there are any invalid characters in your name, address, or pincode, you may not be able to complete the registration step.
3. If you haven't had any activity in True Balance for over a year, your account status changes to DORMANT as per applicable regulations. You should perform a re-KYC to activate your True Balance account again.
